Changes to the Bathsheba route service due to the closure of the Joe’s River Bridge

Posted in Archive, Service Updates and tagged . Permalink.

Please be advised that due to the closure of the Joe’s River Bridge, the Transport Board has been forced to divert its Bathsheba service.  This service now turns into Bonwell, continue to Easy Hall, Malvern, Clifton Hall and onto the Martins Bay route. The service will then enter Foster Hall, Bathsheba then culminate at the Joes River Bridge until further notice.

However, to assist persons who have been displaced by this change, effective May 31st 2010, the Bathsheba route service travelling from Bridgetown on the hour, from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday will become an express service on leaving Bonwell from (MacCulluch’s Bridge) until the service reaches Andromeda Gardens.  This means that no passenger will be able to disembark or board the bus whilst it is traversing this area

Please note that this is being done in an effort to reduce the travel time of persons utilising this service.

The Transport Board apologises for any inconvenience caused by this diversion but would wish to remind the travelling public that you are in safe hands with us.
