How are services for the Call-A-Ride (CAR) accessed?
The Call-A-Ride service does not adhere to a fixed route. Instead, it customizes deployment based on the clients who make reservations for a given day. The registration process for potential clients is a two-step procedure. Individuals wishing to use the service, whether they are adults or children, must first register with the National Disability Unit (NDU) before they can register with the Transport Board and access the service.
